Evolved, complex nose is herby, minerally and cabbagey. Very tight and engaging. Beguiling. The palate is nutty, rich and minerally with great depth. Complex and seamless, this is drinking perfectly now. Excellent 95/100

Deep coloured. Very rich, toasty nose is quite classy. Full nutty palate of great intensity. Very rich and concentrated with a slightly herby edge. Very good/excellent 94/100

Olivier Leflaive Corton Charlemagne 2000 Burgundy
Very mealy, nutty nose is rounded and bready. The palate is rounded, evolved and bready. A very nutty, mealy expression of Corton Charlemagne: quite classy, but I’m not keen on the style: it is too bready. Very good/excellent 91/100
