Grand Cru vineyards in Äy,
Champagne, which is famous for its Pinot Noir. It is March and the vines are
still dormant
but they have been pruned by this stage and will soon undergo budburst. To the
left in the middle of the slope is
Bollinger's Côte Aux Enfants, a famous red wine producing vineyard.
