Wine science was published in November 2005 by Mitchell Beazley. However, the initial print run sold out and they are currently dithering over whether or not they will reprint it. This means that the book is not available in the UK, or from amazon.co.uk at present.

In the USA, wine science is published by the University of California Press, and has a slightly different title and an alternative cover, although the content is the same - for more details go to www.ucpress.edu/books/pages/10619.html

Wherever you are, the best way to buy the book is probably from amazon.com in the USA - international postage rates are quite low, and because of the weakness of the dollar, the book is currently cheaper (postage included) than it was in the UK, at £17.82 delivered.
