            The wines of Thymiopoulos

			Xinomavro specialists
			from Naoussa, Greece

Although the Thymiopoulos family has farmed vine in Naoussa for
several generations, it was only as recently as 2004 when they
released the first wines under their name. This is when Apostolos
Thymiopoulos returned after studying viticulture and enology at the
University of Athens. He's doing great things with the local
			Xinomavro grape variety.
