12.5% alcoghol. With a base of 2019 vintage and 34% reserve wines aged in oak (a perpetual reserve), this is a blend of 67% Pinot Noir, 31% Chardonnay, 2% Pinot Meunier. Disgorged February 2023 with a dosage of 8 g/litre. Very fine with subtle toast, nuts, honey and spice, but also some lively lemony fruit. There’s a touch of sour cherry and nice bitterness on the finish. This has great focus and precision but also some richness. 93/100 (UK retail is c. £40)
