Revela Tinto 2021 Dão, Portugal
From Nelas. This is a single plot of 96 year old vines, and it’s a field blend but with a majority (55%) of Jaen, as well as 10 other varieties. The grapes are co-fermented and 20% stems are used. This is supple, fine and fresh with focused berry and cherry fruit. Stony and bright with good concentration and balance. Such precision here. 95/100
