Video: MCC, South Africa’s most vibrant wine category

Goode and Ring report on Méthode Cap Classique (MCC), the name for traditional method sparkling wine from South Africa. It’s a vibrant category that grew 18% last year, with 8.5 million bottles made, and it’s currently doubling every four years.
