Restaurants: Dinosour Syracuse, New York State
American BBQ isn’t something that’s really translated to the UK, but it’s a big thing stateside, especially down south. I really enjoyed a meal at Dinosaur Bar-B-Que in Syracuse, in upstate New York, when I was there recently. This is now a chain, but this was the original branch. The food is what it is, and is really well done. But the best part is the vibe and the service. Beer is the best option here, and we left full and happy. The beef brisket was excellent, and so was the extra portion of pulled pork which we ordered just because we needed to try it.
