I happened to be in Copenhagen at the same time as Christina Rasmussen and we were both free, so we met for lunch at Restaurant Frank. It’s a beautiful place, informal but stylish, and the wine list is insanely good. We restricted ourself to just one bottle, the Viña Tondonia Rosé Gran Reserva 2008. It’s rare to see this on a list, especially at a reasonable price (this was €90).
The food was superb, in particular the miso hake, which is a signature dish. Thoroughly recommend this place if you find yourself in Copenhagen.

Supple, with spice-laden par and cherry fruit, as well as notes of almond, orange peel and a hint of acacia. Complex and layered, with some old cask, negroni, lime peel and mineral characters in the mix. Finishes with wood spice. 95/100
