Champagne Billecart Salmon Vintage Extra Brut 2016 France
This is 100% Grand Cru, with 24% Pinot Noir from Montagne de Reims and 66% Chardonnay from Côte des Blancs. Disgorged after 64 months on lees with a dosage of 1.9 g/l Bright and linear with nice pure citrus fruit. Focused lemon notes with some subtle toast, and a hint of cherry on the finish. This is bright and linear with great balance, finishing fresh. Superb stuff. 94/100
