There’s a lot of depth here with a nice toasty, bready edge to the sweet citrus fruits, with a touch of pear and aniseed. On the palate there’s freshness but also richness with nice acidity and focus, finishing slightly salty with a twist of nice bitterness and some green apple notes. 93/100
