13% alcohol. This is lovely. Silky and elegant with red cherry and plum fruit, with enough tannin but not too much. There’s a beautiful texture to this wine, with spicy detail but also some lovely flesh, showing wild strawberry and cherry notes. For Langhe Nebbiolo, this is somewhat uncharted territory, showing real approachability but also some seriousness, and no lack of density of flavour.
