Roc des Anges Alquimia Vin de Voile NV Vin de France
12.5% alcohol. Matured under a layer of flor in small oak barrels. This is complex with a subtle tangy flor character and a nice saltiness, as well as pear, peach and lemon fruit. There’s an innate richness to this wine, but it stays fresh and bright, with good acidity. Such a beautiful expression of the Roussillon, where the flor enhances and gives detail without dominating at all. 95/100
