Bergström changed styles a few years back from big, ripe wines to wines showing more poised and balance. A smart move. This Pinot is from an estate vineyard in the foothills of the coastal range, this is fermented with 50% stems and aged in a mix of vessels including a foudre and barrels. At almost 6 years of age, it’s in a beautiful place.
