This Pinot is from an estate vineyard in the foothills of the coastal range, this is fermented with 50% stems and aged in a mix of vessels including a foudre and barrels. At almost 6 years of age, it’s in a beautiful place.

13.2% alcohol. From ancient sandstone-based marine soils. Planted in 2007 with multiple clones. This is perfumed and silky with lovely fragrant red cherry fruit. It’s floral and really elegant with refined soft red fruit character. Shows finesse and purity with subtle sappy motes. Seamless and effortless, showing brightness and silkiness, offering elegance as well as some substance. 95/100
