12% alcohol. This is a blend of Keknyelü and Budai Zöld grape varieties. Screwcapped, it’s a traditional method lightly sparkling white with crisp, pure, textured citrus fruit as well as a touch of pear. Refreshing, simple and quite joyful. 84/100
Unwritten Poem Dry Rosé 2019 Balaton, Hungary
11.5% alcohol. Traditional method, lightly sparkling, a blend of Pinot Noir and Syrah. Pale pink, this is fresh and stony with apple, herb and cherry notes, finishing with some rhubarb and sour cherry. Very drinkable. 84/100
Unwritten Poem Blaufränkirsch 2019 Balaton, Hungary
13% alcohol. This is fresh and bright with juicy cherry and plum fruit, showing good acidity, but also some clove, smoke and spice notes that give it a distinctive savoury twist. It tastes of oak products, but the supple, fresh fruit is nice. 83/100
