Launched today: Regenerative Viticulture, Second Edition
Anyone who has written a book knows the amount of planning, researching, thought and effort that goes into bringing it to completion. So I’m really thrilled that the second edition of Regenerative Viticulture is now out. The first edition came out in 2022, and a lot has happened in the last three years in the regenerative space. I’ve been busy travelling the wine world gathering examples and looking to see just what regenerative viticulture might look like in different regions. So this new version is bigger (significantly), bang up to date, and packed full of examples.

One of the concepts in the book is dividing up different elements of regenerative viticulture into a ‘toolkit’: the idea is that some of these approaches might be appropriate for one region or vineyard, but maybe not for another. Regenerative done well is not like using a recipe. It’s interpreting place, and doing the best thing for each site.

There are two versions available,. Both are exactly the same, but one is a bit cheaper and is in black and white, as opposed to colour. The idea is to make the book as widely available as possible, and some markets don’t have the capacity for colour printing. It also benefits those who want all the information, but are on a tighter budget.
