11.5% alcohol. A collaboration with Gio Chezade, from Georgia but now resident in Portugal. This wine spends 2 months on skins in amphora with some stems, and then ages 9 months in the same vessel. It has some stony minerality and a touch of green apple as well as some citrus and pear fruit. Nice tension here with some subtle oxidative notes and then some salinity on the finish. Beautiful presence. 93/100
