Zacharioudakis is a family-owned winery from northern Crete, near Heraklion. It was started in 2000 by journalist Stelios Zacharioudakis, and since 2009 it has been his full time job. The 20 hectares of organically farmed vineyards are at an altitude of 500 metres, which tempers the hot climate.
