Highlights: the chillable Olivier Coste Bisou Rouge 2025
This is great: a delicious, drinkable Languedoc red designed to be drunk chilled.
Olivier Coste Bisou Rouge 2025 Pays d’Oc, France
11.5% alcohol. This is designed to be served chilled, and the lips on the front label change from red to blue when it’s at the right temperature. It’s a lighter-style red with low tannins, but it’s still a red wine. Lovely floral, sappy, sweet cherry and berry fruits, and nice weight on the palate. Crunchy and delicious; fruity and enjoyable. There’s a touch of sweetness and it is juicy and easy, but satisfying. Really impressive. 91/100
