Langham Pinot Noir 2019 Dorset, England
12% alcohol. The base wine is fermented and aged in oak. Bottled July 2020 and disgorged in January 2023. No dosage. Full coloured, this has an appealing nose of cherries, toast, lemons and almonds. The palate is bright and lemony with some apple and cherry fruit plus a nice savoury breadiness. So alive and vibrant with good acidity. This is serious. 93/100
