12.5% alcohol. This Mondeuse was raised in stainless steel. It has a wonderfully fresh nose of red cherries, plums and tar with nice fruit and presence. The palate is supple and bright with good energy and some chalk and gravel savouriness under the berry and cherry fruit, with massive drinkability. So surprising to find this much freshness in a 21 year old wine. 93/100
