12% alcohol. Organic. Whole bunch, wild ferment, aged in concrete tanks. This has really lovely cherry, sweet strawberry and plum fruit with a sweet core, and a supple, sleek texture. Expressive and elegant with a juiciness to the fruit, as well as some stony, mineral notes. It’s somewhere between natural Gamay and Pinot Noir in character, with amazing drinkability. So fine and delicate, but with some mid-palate texture and warmth. This is really good in a lighter style, and has elements of Pinot Noir, Cinsault and Gamay combined! 93/100
