Tomcsányi: natural wines from Somló, Hungary

Website: https://tomcsanyibirtok.hu/en

I met with Árpád Tomcsányi to taste his wines, which are made from 3 hectares of vines, farmed biodynamically, on the western banks of the Somló hill. His parents originally bought the property that he’s now farming. Originally he combined his work with his day job in film making. He began here in 2016, and winemaking is natural.
