Domaines Ott Château Romassan 2024 Bandol
This is from an 83 hectare estate acquired by the Ott family in 1956. They make a red as well as this rosé, which is excellent. Both are bottled in the classic skittle bottle. Ott is part of the Roederer family of wine estates.

13.5% alcohol. Lovely hint of mineral reduction on the nose which shows bright pear and cherry fruit with a hint of spice on the nose. The palate is expansive with layered pear and citrus fruit, a hint of mandarin, and some fine spicy detail. It’s rich but nicely balanced with lots of texture and generosity, and not too much acidity, giving nice breadth on the palate. Lovely stuff. 93/100
