Jamie Goode visits winemaker Lynne Fahy at one of the Finger Lakes’ (New York State) most exciting vineyards: Hollick & Hobbs. This was established by famous winemaker Paul Hobbs in 2015 and makes thrilling Riesling from a beautiful, steeply sloped vineyard above Seneca Lake.
