This is a small cellar set up by Pep Rodriguez, who in 2008 rented some abandoned vineyards between Binissalem and Consell. He now farms 4.5 hectares organically. This is a beautiful lighter red with sweet cherries and rhubarbs on the nose. The palate is silky and textural with lovely sweet black cherry fruit and some strawberry notes, as well as subtle dried herbs and white pepper. Caressing and digestible, this is quite lovely. 95/100
