No added sulfites. Amazing freshness, structure and texture here. Pure, pithy citrus fruit with a touch of apple and some yeasty, spicy detail. This tastes nourishing and complete, with a nice savoury dimension to the fruit as well as some grapefruit pith. Such focus and interest, it’s one of the best sparkling wines I’ve tried from Portugal. There’s massive gastronomic possibility with this wine. 93/100
