This is an equal parts blend of Trousseau, Poulsard and Pinot Noir from a 3.2 hectare plot. Whole bunch, wild ferment, low SO2 additions. This is amn intriguingly savoury, quite intense Jura Red with wild herb, olive and meaty savouriness as well as raspberry, cherry and sweet strawberry fruit. Brooding with some sour cherry and a twist of bitterness on the finish. Savoury and intense, this needs a bit of time after opening to show its best. 92/100 (UK retail about £48, this came from The Good Wine Shop, thanks Brian Smith for sharing!)
