11.5% alcohol. This is Palomino from a collection of different parcels from Miraflores Alta and Miraflores Baja, from three different types of albariza: Lustrillos, Lentejuelas and Tosca Cerrado. Beautiful aromatics with a tangy edge to the lively citrus fruit with notes of fennel and seashores. The palate is bright, energetic and tangy with some flor character, but not too much, and lovely green apple and lemon fruit with a hint of wax and also some under-notes of old casks and smoke, as well as a delicious salinity that carries the finish. Lovely stuff. 94/100
