Alvaro Espinoza was the first winegrower to practice biodynamic farming in South America. He consults widely, but with his wife Marina and two sons he runs Antiyal winery in Alto Maipo, Chile. It’s a beautiful spot, full of biodiversity. Here’s a short film from a visit yesterday.
