10 Years of Rotters Towers, with food from Vantre (Paris) and lots of Beaujolais
Each year Noble Rot Lambs Conduit Street celebrate Beaujolais Nouveau day in style, inviting a guest chef or restaurant to take over the kitchen. Last year it was The Four Horsemen from Brooklin; this year was the turn of Vantre from Paris. Proprietor Marco Pelletier and chef Satria Vue were running the kitchen, and the food was matched with Beaujolais from large format. It was quite brilliant.

It was also great to celebrate 10 years of Noble Rot Lambs Conduit Street. I remember the opening very well!
