Silice, beautiful natural wines from Ribeira Sacra, Spain

Silice is the project of Fredi Torres (pictured above), and is based in Ribeira Sacra. He began Silice in 2013 after some beers in a bar, and it is a collaboration between him and two land-owning brothers. Grapes are also sourced from other local growers. Fredi is looking for a fresh style, and all the ferments are with natural yeasts.
