This is a remarkably linear, aromatic Sauvignon Blanc showing some fine green notes supporting chiselled citrus fruit on the nose. On the palate it has purity, high acidity and a stony, saline mineral streak. There’s such a lovely presence to this wine, which is intense and shows high acidity, with a hint of chalky greenness on the fringes. 93/100
