13.5% alcohol. An unconventional blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc with 23% Riesling and 7% Chenin Blanc. Powerful and crystalline with a lovely lemony acid line supporting bright yellow fruits, with hints of apricot and yellow plum as well as lime and green apple. There’s a distinctive spiciness and a bit of toast adding some complexity. Convincing stuff. 93/100
